East Bay Dads is group of fathers with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers in the San Francisco East Bay. We meet almost every Monday morning at a local park, museum, or other fun place. And most Thursday mornings there is a hike for dads with kids still young enough to go in a front- or backpack or jog stroller.
Some of us are full-time stay-at-home dads, others are taking a few months or a year off work, others work part-time, and some work full-time but keep a day free to be with other dads. East Bay Dads has been active since 1998, and many of us plan on meeting for many years to come (beats going to the office 9-5, don't you think?).
