The Friday evening Meet & Greet beer tasting and dinner at Boulevard Brewery is now FULL. I have started a waiting list, so please get in your name on it asap if you're not already signed up but would like to try to attend.
The event ends at 8:00 and the participants will be back at the hotel by 8:30, so there will still be plenty of time that evening to meet & greet either in our hospitality room or at other area venues...

We're rapidly closing in on last year's count...as of today we're at 49 and I just got an email from someone needing help getting a room, so I think we have hit the 50 threshold. I personally had hoped we'd hit 75 this year, but I was a bit late on the promo emails to Dad's group leaders, bloggers, and other venues so that may have kept us back a bit. That said, given that this whole thing is being planned over email by a volunteer group of AHD's from all over the US, and being done in our "spare" time, I'm very VERY pleased with what has been accomplished...

There's problems getting a room? I haven't booked mine yet but have the flight and the convention. Am I going to have a problem with the room when I try to book it this coming week? Had to do it all the booking in shifts because of our budget. It would really suck if I can't get a room!
