Description
This is a good, basic, non-cooking salsa to keep around for the everyday.
Ingredients
- 2 cn diced tomatoes, drained
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 2 t drained green chiles
- 1 t cilantro
- 1 t parsley flakes
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Drain tomatoes and keep liquid, just in case you want to thin out your salsa. Mix all ingredients and use a whizzer or blender to mix to preference. If you use a blender, make sure you don't puree it... unless that's what you want.
