Don't know why this popped onto my head..
My grandfather was a funny man. He had a wicked sence of humor.
One day my cousin( we were 10 ) and I were sitting on the front porch and my GF came over to us and said why don't you guys throw the ball or something?
We said we didn't want to. About 10 minutes later he asked if we wanted two bucks to mow the lawn.. Again we snubbed him.
So he mowed the lawn and then he came up to us the last time and asked if we wanted to go and hit a bucket of balls. Naaaaa was the answer he got .
Time passed and we had lunch and we went back out to the porch and sat down again. Then it happened. My cousin said the worst two words you could ever say around my GF "I'm bored".

My GF with out even saying anything took us both by the hands and took us to the car. He put us in said car and off we go. My cousin and I were scared but we worshiped the ground GF walked on so we were game for anything. I said "what are we doing Granddad?" He said "meeting a friend at the bus station". Cool I thought. Little did I know the full intention of the trip was to meet many new friends. We got to the bus station and My GF made us greet everyone who got off the buses for 2 hours and tell them Why we were there! Hi my name is Kevin, and I am down here to meet you and to shake your hand and tell you I was bored at home and this is the way my GF teaches me a lesson.

Moral to the story. Don't be bored and admit it :-p
