Hi Guys;

I just found a book that I read almost 2 years ago, when my 2yo son was really a little baby.

"Furry Logic" Parenthood by Jane Seabrook isbn 1-58008-671-3

Here some quotations

1. You can't scare me. I have children
2. Those who say they sleep like babies.... don't usually have them.
3. The quickest way for a parent to get a child's attention.... is to sit down and look comfortable.
4. Your children are growing up when they stop asking where they came from and refuse to tell you where they're going.
5. A perfect example of minority rule is a baby in the house.

That is about as true as true can get. I would add this is also true for cats.

Haha! I have a friend who said she is going to quit calling her kids in for dinner or baths. She is just going to put the phone to her ear.

6. Why do they say "you have a baby"? ... The baby has you.
7. Say no. Then negotiate.
8. There are three ways to get things done: -Do it yourself, -hire someone to do it, -or forbid your kids to do it.

Finally, Children's property laws:
i. If I like it, it's mine.
ii. If I can take it from you, it's mine.
iii. If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
iv. If it's mine, it must never appear to be yours in any way.
v. If it looks like mine, it's mine.
vi. If it's yours and I steal it, it's mine.
vii. If I think it's mine, it's mine.
viii. If it's broken, it's yours.
