Hey fellas! It has been a while since I have been by and love the way the site interacts now. Really cool. I am stopping by to refer everyone to an article that was written yesterday by a columnist who writes for the NY Times and Boston Globe. In this article she gives SAHDs everywhere a slap in the face. I have written a response to her article and it can found here. We need to make sure people don't have their perceptions of SAHDs skewed by what this woman wrote. Crazy stuff.

She cherry-picked a loser. Then she cherry-picked his emails. And, then she even cherry-picked certain sentences from those. It is a horrible hack job. She just threw out some garbage to see how many flies she could attract. Please don't waste your time with this. It's not an article. It is just pure gaming on her part and she's not very good at it. Most of the comments left by the flies are garbage as well. There is nothing new there. Same ignorant attitudes. They just smell up the blog even more.

Women Hit on SAHDs?

I was shocked! Do women really hit on us? So that's what they were trying to do when they gave me a berth fit for the QEII at the playground! It all makes perfect sense now!

D'oh!

Egg all over my face yo. I hadn't even noticed that Brian gave the hat tip to Joeprah. Damn frazzled brain.

My apologies to Joeprah. But the fact remains, that entire article seems fake. Too much doesn't hold true to even the worst SAHDs I've encountered.
