This week we'll be going to the Krohn Conservatory in Eden Park for their International Butterfly Show going on all this month. The show is $6 for adults, $4 for children, and 3-under get in FREE. $10 gets you a free pin and unlimited access to the show during it's stay-- in case you're interested.
It's supposed to rain on Friday, but from what I understand the show is indoors. I've never been to this place, and I can't say whether it is child-friendly. I'll be happy to change the venue if it seems like a bad idea.

I have been to the Krohn Conservatory, and it is awesome. Beautiful botanical displays, and the butterfly show should be icing on the cake. I will probably bring my child backpack for part of the time, since Ryder will probably go nuts after a while and start wanting to touch and rip up every plant and flower in sight. Good choice, Colin! Thanks for keeping this little group of ours going, since we have effectively grown our membership by 50% with the addition of Scott!
