Periodically, while running errands with my little (18 month old) lady, I find myself without a stroller and up against an urgent need for the bathroom. Do any of y'all have any suggestions? I mean, other than driving behind a Wal-Mart and opening the car door near some bushes. I'd love to stop going behind dumpsters like some homeless vagrant...
Bathroom breaks

You need to map out the changing table-friendly establishments in your area. Strap the little lady on to the table while you do your business and then you're good to go.
Or start carrying an empty soda bottle in the car and doing it that way. I don't recommend that, though, 'cuz you might get mistaken for a perv.

Through the years I have taken mental notes on which bathrooms have the best facilities for this purpose. Men's bathroom with both stall and urinal so I wouldn't be to grossed out cleaning the seat with a wipe. Also ones within close proxsimity to the parking lot. The best one are the grociery stores with the bathroom in the front of the store. They are usually the cleanest. Coffee shops are another and I can get a cup of joe after. Fast food places are usually dirty and creates undue stress on me and child when I have to tell them no to the happy meal. Gas stations are almost always keyed and sometimes that can be to time consuming when she really has to go.

I dehydrate myself regularly.

I like grocery stores because I can put her in the cart and strap her in. Most stores bathrooms are big enough to be able to wheel the cart in and park it close to you. The store I prefer to go to has a coffee shop next to the bathrooms and I will sometimes have the girls watch them while I go. I know the women that work there for years so it isn't a issue with them or me. They also give out free donuts or cookies.
At 18 months she is probably question the whole potty business. Watching dad sit on the throne and her in the stall walking around, I think, only encourages the potty thing. That is another reason why I chose the cleanest places. Another reason to keep hand wipes and hand sanitizer with you at all times even when they get older.

Well, maybe you can use the "disable restroom". It is usually bigger, so you can put your little one in the corner just for the time you need. She will be able to walk, talk or just stay there. That was what I did, and still do with my 2y6m son.
