Addressing the rumored shortage of rooms at the convention hotel....

There is not yet a shortage of rooms, there are more left. They set us a block of rooms, and if we don't fill them in a certain ammount of time, they cut back some of the block. I just spoke to my contact at the hotel, and we are good. We still have plenty of rooms available with our discount, for now.

The hotel is filling fast for the fall, not with our guests, but with tourists to the area. So, if you are pretty sure you're going to the convention in November, you may want to reserve your rooms now. Call the number on the convention website to recieve the discount. The convention discount will not be applied if the room is booked on-line.
