Very nice. But what about those of us who are simply SAHDs? Do we exist yet on your grid? I don't mean this next statement in an arrogant tone, but -- as I have mentioned before -- it seems that we are a slightly different breed than most of the dads you write for, even though we do have similarities.

Nevertheless, that doesn't diminish the value of what you are doing. Keep it up. I am sure there is some good stuff to glean, even if we are married.

In websites like this dadcando, I immediately head to recipes, just to see whassup. It's amazing what a diference a trip across The Pond makes. My toad-in-the-hole is simply eggs fried in the cut-out middle of grilled toast -- has been for generations. Yummy. My eggs benedict has no salmon. Actually my house has no salmon. We have cod, halibut, tilapia, assorted shellfish -- no salmon. Not yummy.

I will be interested to look further at some of your activities. By the way, I have always been a big Dr. Who fan since the 1970s. But I want my TARDIS to travel through time and relative dimensions in space.

Cheers.

Great to get some feedback. I would love to hear more from SAHDs. In a way you have it tougher than those single dads who have their kids to stay and you must deal with a whole range of other issues. Yes you are on my grid, but I don't have the knowledge and experience to adequately address all you issues. I am passionate about dads spending quality time with their kids.

Of course eggs benedict can be made with crispy bacon or even just sliced ham under the egg, for an SAHD I guess the recipes look a bit thin on the ground and I do want to expand this section, but probably only so it has about 5 or 6 recipes in each part. If you want loads of recipes, I figured you would go to a recipe site, so I tried to only have a few but modified to be tasty for kids, of easy for entertaining if you had never cooked before. Trouble is that all SAHDs must be dab hands in the kitchen otherwise the family would starve, so I guess there is very little I can teach you about cooking, but you could give me a few tips... so more feedback please, and I'll see how I can add to and improve the site for ALL dads caring for their kids...

I have managed to make the TARDIS travel through relative dimensions in time and space. In the morning i put it in the kitchen and in the afternoon I put it in the livingroom... does that count?

Cheers
Chris
