Just a reminder, if you want to recieve event emails and attend events, you will need to send me your contact info, email address and phone number.  I send all group events out via email now, no longer through the AHD.org site.

I discontinued sending some of you email notifications who were on the email list because you had not attended a group or event in many months.  Once 2-3 months has gone by and we haven't seen or heard from you this can be expected, be aware.  If and when you'd like to get out and meet up with us you can request to be on the list again.
