Description

Ingredients
- 1 pk Smoked Sausage or Kilbasa
- 1 cn Pineapple Chunks
- 3 small cooking potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch chips
- 2 t EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Instructions
wash and peel potatos. add EVOO to a large skillet and heat on med-hi. slice the sausages and potatoes and place them in the skillet. add the can of pineapple (juice and all). stir well, and cook until the sausage is browned - then serve!
