I am about to be a first time father and actually will be a stay at home dad. I got injured a year and a half ago and my wife and I are having a baby. I used to be in management. I am starting to think this weill be my hardest job yet.

Welcome to the tribe..
Nattyx: sorry to hear you are coming off an injury, but congrats on becoming a first-time Dad and at-home Dad. Welcome to the tribe! Please let us know how things are going as you get closer to delivery-day and after. Find a local playgroup if at all possible...it's a mental life-saver for many at-home Dads. Also, if at all possible, mark your calendar for the Annual At Home Dads' Convention on November 3rd in Kansas City...it's a great weekend of intense information sharing among at-home Dads as well as a good time.
Yes, but...
Yes, this WILL be the hardest job that you could ever imagine (especially the first six months or so); however, the rewards couldn't be greater. Aside from sleeping at every possible chance during your first year, another priority has to be getting connected (in person) with other SAHDs; both are the best ways to keeping your sanity intact.
Congrats
Not Only is it going to be be the hardest job that you could ever imagine, but it will be the toughest job you will ever love! My wife's cousin, her husband is one of us in the Milwaukee area.
The best of luck in your new adventure of a lifetime!
