Text messaging group for Chicago Dads

I put a couple of you guys into a text message group through a website I read about called GroupMe. Basically you send a text and all the guys subscribed to the group get the message. Any replies from group members go back to the entire group. I thought this might be good to coordinate when we're all out and about away from our home computers.

If you want in (or out) of this group, just e-mail me your mobile number and I'll hook you up.

Northwestern University Research Study

My name is Shauna Gardino and I am a Clinical Research Coordinator at
Northwestern University. We are currently conducting a study to assess the
economic value of fertility, and we are looking to interview men who have
daughters between the ages of 5 and 17.

The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and participants are rewarded
with a $15 gift card upon completion. The interview does need to take place
in-person, but our researchers make sure to choose a location that is
convenient for the participant.

Amanda's school is throwing 2 fundraisers next week. Unfortunately we will be out of town but I wanted to let you know about them because you may get something out of them besides supporting her school:

The first is a playdate at Pump It Up Chicago. It's Monday July 19 from 4-7 PM. $15/child $5/adult gets you 2 hours of play, pizza, and beverage. Details here:
