I'm a new at-home dad, but I'm north of Sacramento about 10-15 miles. Lodi/Stockton would be a little too far for me and the kids to travel, probably. Do you know of any groups in the Sacramento/Roseville area? I found nothing, so I created a new group called Dads in Greater Sacramento. But I don't understand why your group didn't show up when I searched for dad groups.

Davis has a dads group that is pretty active davisdads.com . I don't know about any in Roseville. (my in-laws live there, I'm up there all the time).
I'll spread the word and see if I can find some guys up there.
