    <directions>Ingredient amounts are definitely approximate. Just throw the stuff into the blender until it looks like a smoothy. If it's too thick, add juice. Too thin, add fruit. Easy. 

Your kid will go insane over this stuff. As good as it tastes, it's packed with protein, fiber, essential fatty acids, vitamin C, potassium, tons of good stuff. (but they don't need to know that) I use the leftovers to make popsicles, which are a central part of my 18 mo girl's existence at this point. That and bubbles... and dogs. </directions>
