Budget Committee – Motion to Approve: Dale, 2^nd: Josh – Motion Passed: 9-0

1. Website Updates – Still waiting to get another quote for hosting, Kiernan will email the current quote that we have in the pipeline

Voting process set up and readiness – we will remain with Election Buddy – we need a non-board member to secondary verify election results
Window for presale of New Orleans tickets – Chris needs to set up the button on the website

Ensuring all sessions get recorded – we need enough devices and planning/board members to cover all of the sessions

Planning Team Lead 3-year commitment – we are looking for a local person who could lead the planning committee for New Orleans and then stay on for the 2028 and 2029 conventions

1. New director onboarding – Chris and Danny will be working on tweaking the process for the next set of directors
2. Officer intent for 2026-2027 positions – this will be discussed more after the membership meeting at the convention
3. Generative ai in marketing and graphics – we need to figure out how to use AI responsibly and safely – AI will never be used for anything financial, but using it for some graphics and other “minor” things can be useful
4. One Day Ticket sales for New Orleans – there is the possibility of having an option for a one-day ticket (either Friday or Saturday) that would be useable for one day of the convention that would not have some of the swag and other things, but would be at a reduced price from the full ticket
5. New Orleans web site additions and changes – the website needs to be changed the moment that New Orleans goes on sale so that everything is ready Sept. 23rd-25th
